To return an item, please contact us at support@irosey.com.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items such as final sale items, undergarments, swimwear, earrings, and customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Additionally, items with removed or tampered tags are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
